Teton Full Circle Farm offers garden and farm consulting for personal and professional applications. Erika and Ken provide the tools and insights to meet your goals. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to: backyard gardening, building soil health (composting, cover cropping, etc.), biodynamics, permaculture design, organic production, no-till regenerative agriculture and more. Erika Eschholz
Erika Eschholz is an experienced farmer, gardener, and educator. She has farmed using organic, biodynamic, regenerative practices to cultivate healthy food and healthy people in Teton Valley since 1998. In 2006, Erika founded Full Circle Education, a local non-profit which teaches learners of all ages life skills in gardens, farms, and wild places.

Ken Michael
Holding a B.S. in Agroecology from the University of Wyoming, Ken Michael has been farming in Teton Valley since 2012. Ken’s attention to detail and pattern recognition have helped streamline production at Teton Full Circle.
Each year Ken and Erika build their experience and knowledge in farming. They travel to visit or take online courses with some of the leaders in the field including Eliot Coleman, Hugh Courtney, JM Fortier, and Erin Benzakein. Together at Teton Full Circle Farm, Ken and Erika bring wisdom, experience and passion to the local organic food movement.
