Workshare Application
Please read the following expectations before filling out your application.
Workshares are allowed 3 absences for any reason. Make sure farmers know when you will be unable to attend.
Be be on time every week. Workshares may be asked to leave if late 3 or more weeks.
Leave your phone off or put away during work hours.
Bring a backpack with all the gear you need for the farm day. Have it with you throughout your shift.
No sitting while working.
Keep track of tools and put them away at the end of your shift.
Stay focused and efficient with your time on the farm. Be conscious of discussion getting in the way of work.
Ask questions and clarify instructions if you’re at all unclear about a task.
Work safely and let someone know if you do not feel safe in a certain farm situation.
